By accessing and using PropertySmart-AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Subscription Fees

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change our fees with 30 days' notice
• Payment is processed securely through PayPal

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial periods
• Access to paid features ends upon cancellation

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Starling Technology, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content to provide the Service.

Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's availability, reliability, or suitability for your purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
